Hello everyone I hope you are having a great day! In this entry I would first like to start off by giving a huge thanks to Dave O! He really tells evrything from his heart and I'm getting kind of emotional because he just doesn't know how much he inspires me. I think that he is one of the most caring guys on earth because he really, truely wants to hear your story. One of the things that I have really been thinking about, along with Dave O is how we all seem to put junk in our body, like McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and Wendy's, which is okay on occasion, but some of us are eating this everyday one or more times and day, and why? Because we don't feel like eating healthy or we feel that we don't have time to eat healthy. Well, I don't want to be among the one's that contribute to our overweight and obese population which is growing at a rapid rate. I want to fall into the healthy category, not the overweight or obese category. Anyway just something to think about this week when you want one of those hamburgers from McDonald's or a pizza from Pizza Hut, or even at the grocery store.

I hope everyone has a great week!

Hey everyone today is my first post! I would like to take a moment to thank someone who has motivated me greatly to my path of becoming healthy and fit. Davo O, www.zap120.com (check him out he has been my biggest motivation and after listening to all of four of hi podcasts I already feel as if I've known him for a lifetime). I would also like to thank Dave O for all of the helpful links and videos on his website. My plan is to lose fourty to fifty pounds for now maybe more in the future. I am also, like Dave O a big believer in setting small goals, such as weekly goals, say two or three pounds. I listen to zap120! religously because he makes me feel good about myself and stay on track. Now it may seem as if I am just going on and on about this Dave O guy, but if you are planning to lose I would say at least twenty or more pounds than listen to the first episode and tell me that you aren't hooked and feel excited about losing weight. So either check him out on iTunes which you can download free here www.apple.com/itunes/download or on his website www.zap120.com

Have a great day!
